Horrible experience

I have been a season ticket holder for Inter in the past and I knew how bad the parking situation is, and how far from Miami the stadium is. What I was not expecting is that they would be so unprepared to receive a team such as FC Barcelona, the management of the parking situation and access to the stadium was horrible, it created hours of long lines and people could not find parking even If like in my case I had pre-paid (40 USD), compounding on this was the lack of response by the employees who did not help at all to guide and advice. It will be a long time before I go to another Inter Miami game until they fix the organization problems they have. Additionally I don't see this team surviving unless they build their stadium, the DRV PNK is not a venue for a professional team.

Really bad organization

I have showed up to the event an hour and a half before kick off. I had prepaid parking as email I receive mentioned parking will sell out. I was stuck for over an hour to get to yellow parking. Gate was shot down in front of my face and I was told to go around (just to be stuck in more traffic) I have finally left my car with a shady character on one of the side streets (not knowing if it will still be there when I return) at this point I just wanted to make it to my event. I missed all introduction and first 40 min of the game. I have been to similar events with 3 times the attendance and have never seen such a bad organization.

Excellent Experience for Daughter’s Birthday

Our first Inter Miami game. I asked my daughter what she wanted for her 9th birthday and she said she wanted just her and I to go to an Inter Miami game. The gameday atmosphere was excellent. Very family friendly, entry and concession lines moved quickly, excellent options for concessions, the family bathrooms and concourse were very clean. Overall just an excellent experience. Will definitely be going back. The only thing I would point out is either to have an additional kiosk for cuban coffee or have more people working it / especially during halftime. Took us half an hour to get coffee and we missed 20 minutes of the 2nd half.
